Since 1981 we have served homes, buildings and businesses that have experience damage from fire, water, smoke, flood, storm and other events. Our home office is located in Oakmont Pennsylvania but service all of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Armstrong. Indiana, Washington and Westmorland counties each day. We also respond regionally and nationally to areas hit by hurricanes, storms and other disaster situations. We are part of the the ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Recovery Management national franchise network. - Managing the customer experience
- Manage and supervise crew compliance to industry standards
- Lead team to create a positive work experience for your teams
- Manage and lead teams to produce profitable projects
- Perform in the field job site inspections monitoring service quality and customer experience
- Manage the various technology aspects of the restoration project assuring compliance to standards
- Impact individual job profitability as well as overall department profitability by supervising all aspects of assigned projects
- Set the tone for each day with outstanding leadership during the crew dispatch as well as planning for the next day schedule
- Lead your team in providing outstanding job communications and critical documentation each day on each job
- Address the daily problems and issues that might come up through out the day or work week with poise and expertise
Willingness to participate in our 24 Hr emergency on call program one week out of every four weeks
Demonstrated experience in leading people, crews, team mates in work situations
Ability to learn and use mildly complex technical procedures and processes
Demonstrated experience in being responsible for the results of assigned projects
