Job Responsibilities
- May perform daily monitoring on active residential and/or commercial jobs and communicate with customers.
- Inspects and scopes jobs onsite-and works with Production Manager/Lead Techs on scope of job
- Documents loss with clear and descriptive job photos and upload data into operating system/software
- Communicates conversations and key information on the job using the notes feature in required software
- Explains restoration process and next steps to resolution in person to customers
- May perform quality assurance inspections after completion and obtain customer signatures for approval, requests payments when necessary. Will maintain quality control within each job
- May help train new operational team members.
