Position Description   Director of FIrst Impressions  "DOFI"

We are seeking an energetic, people focused person to join our team in Oakmont.  The  Director of First Impressions will be the initial person our customers engage with by phone or in person. They will gather critical and essential information regarding the specific needs of each caller as well as informing them of what will happen next. Our callers generally have a problem that needs solved so an empathetic attitude that thrives on helping people is required.  The Director of First Impression manages the critical front desk position but is more than a receptionist.  Managing the accurate customer information intake as well as providing answers to some of their questions.  The "DOFI" sets the process in motion for a successful customer interaction and experience and is very important to the success of the company business.

provide detailed cleaning, decontamination, structural drying and complete reconstructioin. What We Do

Through our 5 service divisions. we provide retail and specialty services to residential. commercial and institutional clients such as emergency water, fire and storm response. We often respond to regional events as well as national events such as hurricanes and other large scale disasters.  Our customers are homeowners, business owners, property owners , leading insurance companies, hospitals, colleges and other venues.

Our staff provides expert guidance to those who experience unplanned and unexpected property damage. We are experts at drying buildings, detailed sanitizing, cleaning and deodorizing as well as completed repair and reconstruction services.  We are "

Job Requirements 
  • High school degree or higher
  • Must have history of outstanding attendance 
  • 3 years experience in customer service position
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel at advanced intermediate level
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment and remain calm and organized
  • Ability to to pleasant, patient , supportive and empathetic in all customer interactions
  • Some lifting, bending, stretching and sitting for long periods of time as well as ability to  negotiate  short flights of stairs
  • Ability to learn industry specific software 
  • Technology utilization includes phones, computers, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment
  • Must possess basic knowledge of document management, data entry, and office functions performance
We are looking for those who enjoy working as part of a team but can work independently and take ownership of the duties and 
responsibilities of the position.  Advancement available for those who would like to grow as part of our operations team. 


  
Compensation: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
