- Train new hires on restoration procedures including drying, demolition, water extraction, and pack-outs
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment, safety protocols, and job site conduct
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure skill development
- Lead by example on active job sites
- Retrieve work orders, plan routes, and ensure trucks are stocked with necessary equipment
- Perform and supervise restoration tasks for residential and commercial properties
- Monitor drying progress and adjust plans based on meter readings
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and obtain customer approvals
- Explain restoration processes and next steps to customers using printed materials
- Interface with adjusters, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain clear and timely communication using company software
- Assist with or create estimates using Xactimate, following IICRC standards
- Document losses with detailed photos and notes for insurance reimbursement
- Track personnel, equipment, and billable events for each project
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in property restoration
- Leadership or supervisory experience in field operations or technician training
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD) preferred
- Strong knowledge of restoration equipment and safety protocols
- Proficiency in Xactimate and restoration software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset with professionalism under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Commitment to continuous learning and industry standards
