We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for a company specializing in professional facility cleaning and the reconstruction of damaged facilities. This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and building a high-performing sales team in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow cleaning contracts and restoration/ reconstruction projects.
Identify and close new business opportunities with property managers, facility directors, insurance partners, general contractors, and commercial property owners.
Lead and coach a team of sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for service solutions.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs to operations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in facility maintenance and restoration services.
Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in facility services, commercial cleaning, restoration, construction, or related fields.
5+ years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
