- Lead technicians on residential and commercial water losses.
- Perform water extraction and structural drying.
- Inspect affected areas and identify moisture migration.
- Use moisture meters and other inspection equipment.
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration devices.
- Perform controlled demolition and containment.
- Protect customer property and maintain clean, safe jobsites.
- Direct daily crew activities and maintain production standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Complete accurate photos, moisture readings, and daily documentation.
- Use Restore 365, Mitigate, DocuSketch, and other company technology.
- Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Train and develop newer technicians.
- Communicate job conditions and changes to the Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Participate in emergency/on-call response as scheduled.
- Leads by example and can be counted on.
- Understands structural drying principles.
- Works with urgency without sacrificing safety or quality.
- Can organize and lead a crew.
- Produces accurate documentation.
