Duties
- Lead and supervise restoration crews during water and fire damage projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform detailed cleaning, mitigation, and other specialized restoration tasks using hand tools and power tools.
- Assess damage sites to develop effective restoration plans, including water extraction, fire debris removal, and structural drying.
- Operate construction equipment and cleaning machinery such as carpet cleaners, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration industry tools.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document project progress through detailed reports and communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout each job.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage and fire damage.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, hand tools, power tools, and construction practices related to restoration work.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a crew within the restoration or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate specialized equipment such as carpet cleaners, and moisture meters confidently.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Certifications in water or fire damage restoration are advantageous.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
