- Own contents projects from scope through completion, including production plans, schedules, labor, equipment, and warehouse space
- Lead, train, and hold the contents team accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service
- Ensure every item is photographed, inventoried, labeled, tracked, and returned with accurate chain-of-custody records
- Inspect work at key stages and require corrections before delivery or pack-back
- Keep customers, adjusters, and Project Managers informed on timelines, changes, and concerns
- Manage job costs against budget, document scope changes before extra work is performed, and hand off complete files ready for billing
- Recruit, onboard, and coach team members
- Keep the warehouse organized and properly staffed
- Experience in contents restoration, disaster recovery, moving and storage, or warehouse operations
- Proven record managing employees, schedules, and multiple active projects
- Ability to build project scopes and understand estimates and job costs
- Strong inventory-management, organizational, leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- IICRC certifications and contents-management or estimating software experience are a plus
