- Work alongside Estimators, Project Managers, and Production teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
- Support billing and collection efforts through proactive client communication.
- Keep CRM records current and accurate.
- Track meetings, opportunities, referrals, and account activity.
- Provide leadership with pipeline reports, market intelligence, and business development updates.
- Monitor attributed revenue and account performance.
- Follow all company policies regarding opportunity attribution and reporting.
- Attend networking events, industry associations, trade organizations, and educational opportunities.
- Stay informed on restoration industry trends, insurance carrier expectations, and market conditions.
- Build and maintain a strong professional reputation within the community.
- Support company branding and strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, or commercial services.
- 3+ years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience.
- Existing relationships within the insurance or property management industries.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of the disaster restoration industry.
- Grow profitable year-over-year revenue.
- Develop new referral partners and strategic relationships.
- Retain and expand existing client accounts.
