About the Opportunity
What You’ll Do
• Execute 60+ targeted outbound calls and contacts per week with a disciplined prospecting cadence
• Secure new Master Service Agreements with commercial and property management accounts
• Represent GCR at networking events, adjuster meetings, trade shows, and industry association functions
• Respond to inbound referral inquiries and coordinate warm handoffs to the operations team
• Track all leads and activity in the company CRM, updated within 24 hours of every contact
• Report weekly and monthly on referral activity, pipeline status, and revenue performance
• Support ServiceMaster QRV (Quality Restoration Vendor) program compliance and carrier-specific protocols
What You Bring
• Experience as a licensed insurance adjuster or agent with direct property claims exposure, OR business development / sales experience in restoration, construction, or a closely adjacent industry
• Strong working knowledge of the property claims lifecycle, from FNOL through claim closure
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and commercial accounts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident one-on-one and in small groups
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; high school diploma or equivalent
• Active book of business with Houston-area adjusters, carriers, agents, property managers, or commercial accounts
• 2+ years in restoration, construction, or property damage mitigation; Xactimate / XactAnalysis familiarity
• CRM experience; IICRC certifications or willingness to obtain; bilingual English/Spanish
