We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Restoration Manager to lead our Fire, Smoke Damage and Contents restoration team in delivering high-quality services in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various Smoke and Odor restoration processes. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Assess, oversee and manage all aspects of fire restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to develop project scopes and timelines.
- Lead the team in performing structure and contents cleaning after a fire restoration
- Use contents restoration software to label, track and store contents.
- Utilize chemicals and equipment effectively for cleaning and restoring affected properties.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and determine necessary restoration actions.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in the restoration process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including photographs and reports.
- Ensure that all work is performed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on fire restoration, contents cleaning and storage, and structure cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in the fire restoration process.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in restoration or related fields are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Move up to 70 pounds by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
- Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
- For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
- Inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
