Position Overview
Be a hero! ServiceMaster is an industry leading disaster restoration company looking for talent in a quickly evolving industry that helps people to recover from disasters to their homes. We mitigate water and fire damage, remediate mold and odors, and remodel homes and businesses. We specialize in helping individuals who have experienced a sudden and unexpected loss to their property, and we need to add staff. No experience necessary; we'll train the right person.
Job Responsibilities
- You'll learn to perform water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation and water extraction. You'll also learn to pack-out of contents, recognize non-salvageable materials, and learn basic light construction and demolition
- You'll be trained in the set up and operation of air movers, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers and other tools of the industry.
- We want someone who'll show up with a smile every day and help us maintain the highest customer service standards and quality control on each job.
- Occasional on call duties are part of this position.
Job Requirements
- A great attitude.
- The ability and willingness to work within a team.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Cell phone proficiency and the willingness to learn new technology.
- You'll need to be able to move up to 70 pounds and lift 50 pounds
- A driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
