Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $65,000 – $180,000 per year (Base + Commission)
- Conduct outside B2B sales calls in accordance with KPI performance metrics
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships
- Present and sell ServiceMaster services accurately and professionally
- Follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
- Participate in professional trade associations and industry events
- Follow up on all sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, presentations, forecasts, contracts, and activity reports
- Attend weekly sales meetings and submit weekly sales plans
- Log all customer interactions, calls, emails, and meetings into the Luxor Management System within 24 hours
- Maintain current knowledge of ServiceMaster services, industry trends, and competitors
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or relationship-based selling
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Industry knowledge or existing relationships are a plus
