- Ensure documentation meets company and insurance standards
- Train new technicians and operational staff
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction or restoration
- Experience managing teams and subcontractors
- Familiarity with insurance restoration processes
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in mobile data entry and project tracking software
- Ability to inspect job sites in all weather conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel and work on-call
- Exposure to typical construction site hazards
