What You'll Do:
- Customer Care Champion: Provide exceptional support to clients during challenging times with our revitalized customer-first approach.
- Claims Process Navigator: Guide the claims process with efficiency and precision from initial contact to successful completion.
- Team Operations Support: Coordinate schedules and logistics while contributing to our newly streamlined operational processes.
- Financial Stewardship: Generate accurate invoices and manage receivables with our improved systems and procedures.
- Emergency Response Coordinator: Participate in our fairly structured on-call rotation, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance when needed most.
Who We're Looking For:
- Detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments
- 5+ years of passionate customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the restoration industry or with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
