 ServiceMaster TRS: Total Restoration Services is seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, the Commerical Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing the operational aspects of commercial restoration projects, and actively supporting sales efforts and account growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to expand service offerings.

What You’ll Do

Client Management
  • Act as the primary liaison for national accounts
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and partners
  • Resolve concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction
Project Oversight
  • Assign and monitor restoration jobs across the partner network
  • Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution
Billing & Documentation
  • Coordinate required paperwork and billing documentation
  • Review files for accuracy and compliance with client guidelines
  • Work with the admin team to ensure timely invoicing
Account Growth & Strategy
  • Strengthen client relationships and identify new service opportunities
  • Provide feedback to improve operations and service delivery
  • Support account performance through data tracking and reporting
Account Oversight & Strategy
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
  • Strengthen client relationships and provide strategic recommendations
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Occasional travel for client meetings or site visits
  • Valid driver’s license (must meet insurance requirements)
  • Available for occasional after-hours support (on-call rotation)
