- Answers telephone calls, greets visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries
- Communicating with key people on jobs including project managers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers
- Utilizing multiple databases to ensure job information is accurate
- Additional projects on an as-needed basis
- Phone-based customer service experience - call center experience a plus
