Compensation:  $24 - $26 per hour, commensurate with experience

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Be the face of ServiceMaster TRS, providing top-tier customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Claims Process Management: Oversee and manage the claims process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate schedules, assist with logistics, and support the overall efficiency of our branch operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Generate accurate invoices, manage accounts receivable, and contribute to the branch’s financial health.
  • On-Call Hero: Participate in on-call rotations, ready to step in whenever our clients need us most.

Who We're Looking For:

If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. We’re seeking individuals with strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in the restoration industry or with QuickBooks. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required.
