The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient operations, and team development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage day-to-day responsibilities while driving long-term growth. Working closely with the ownership team, you will execute business strategies to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage all staff, cultivating a positive and productive workplace.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of employees to build a high-performing team.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
- Operations include Mitigation, Contents and Construction
- Maintain and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure service excellence.
- Manage budgets and operational costs to ensure financial health.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the ownership team to set and achieve financial goals.
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to ensure sustained growth.
- Experience: Proven management experience, preferably in restoration, cleaning, or a related service industry.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Fire & Smoke Restoration (FRST) are required.
- Industry Knowledge: Several years working with insurance carriers, understanding claims processes, and experience with third-party administrators (TPAs).
