Ready to lead a team, make a difference, and drive operational excellence? ServiceMaster TRS is seeking an energetic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our disaster restoration teams. If you’re passionate about leading teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring top-notch customer service, we want you on our team!

 

What You'll Do:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage production teams and subcontractors. Drive recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.
  • Project Management: Oversee restoration projects (water, fire, mold, etc.), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement company standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Customer Service: Partner with Service Coordinators to deliver excellent customer communication, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Resource & Fleet Management: Manage inventory, equipment, and fleet operations to ensure operational readiness and cost efficiency.
  • Financial Oversight: Track labor and project costs, maintaining profitability while optimizing resource allocation.
 
Compensation: 
  • $75,000.00 - $85,0000 per year, plus bonus potential based on performance and project outcomes.

 What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in disaster restoration or construction management, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • IICRC WRT & FSRT certifications required; OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
