This opening is for the following shift: WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY.

 What we require of youMust haves: 
  • Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening 
  • Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record

What the job looks like - Job Description: 
  • Respond to water damage emergencies
  • Help home and business owners recover from floods, leaks, and other water losses
  • Follow proven mitigation procedures and industry standards
  • Perform hands-on cleanup and restoration work
 
What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities: 
  • Perform hands-on water mitigation work including extraction, demolition, cleanup, and packing out damaged content, removing and disposing of non-salvageable materials as directed
  • Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality work and safety on every job
  • Use our app to capture job documentation, including photos, notes, and required forms
  • Set up, monitor, and document drying equipment to ensure it’s operating effectively
  • Communicate with your supervisor and team about progress and challenges
  • Join the rotating on-call schedule once fully trained
 
What the position requires of you - Physical Demands & Working Conditions: 
  • Move up to 70 pounds often- by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.   
  • Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant 
  • Be able to access crawlspaces and attics
