Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for skilled experienced carpenters with at least 3 years of carpentry experience to help rebuild and restore. Your craftsmanship will directly impact families and businesses recovering from fire, water, or storm damage.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Performing rough and finish carpentry on commercial and residential restoration projects
  • Handling drywall installation and painting to deliver a complete, quality finish
  • Documenting each job thoroughly by uploading photos and notes via our mobile app
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency board-ups during nights and weekends
Work Schedule & Environment
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Overtime available when needed
  • Weekend and evening availability required on a rotating emergency on-call schedule
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of proven carpentry experience
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate clearly between Project Managers and customers
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Must pass background check going back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for past 3 years
