Job Description: The Commercial Sales Representative will focus on identifying and pursuing commercial and large loss opportunities. The role is responsible for devising and implementing a sales and marketing strategy specifically tailored for large scale projects in the Restoration industry. This position demands significant outside business development efforts, with most of the work time dedicated to off-site engagements with various executive and management stakeholders such as Facility Managers, Risk Managers, Independent Adjusters, and Insurance Carriers. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating relationships and delivering ServiceMaster's services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new sales leads and contacts
Ensure customer satisfaction before and after service
Create, manage, and maintain key relationships
Walk properties to capture essential data using a docusketch camera or app
Document sales activity and participate in sales meetings
Continually build product knowledge and refine sales techniques
Prepare documents for job file reviews
Participate in collections efforts and resolve customer issues

Performance Goals:

Schedule and conduct quality sales meetings
Acquire pre-loss agreements
Increase the number of commercial jobs and revenue from commercial jobs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
5+ years of experience in sales/marketing; BA/BS or equivalent preferred
Experience in Disaster Restoration; IICRC Certifications preferred
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented with a "Servant’s Heart"
Proficiency in sales and office software

Physical Demands:

Ability to move up to 20 pounds occasionally
Comfortable with sitting for extended periods and repetitive motions
Good visual acuity and the ability to work in various inside conditions

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel locally and regionally
Availability outside traditional working hours for networking and business events
Skilled in using social media and web-based sales tools
