The Position: We are looking for a Branch Manager. This position is responsible for coordination and control of branch production operations, ensuring efficient, safe and profitable operations.  This includes ultimate responsibility for branch marketing, sales, and services provided by all branch service divisions for customers, and for the supervision of the Project Manager staff and Operations staff.

Requirements:   

  • Good communication skills.  
  • Previous production, sales, and management experience.  
  • Previous project management experience is highly desired  
  • Valid Driver’s License  
  • Reliable transportation  
  • Ability to travel out of town  
  • Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.  
  • Pass background check and drug screen  
  • Educational: College Degree   
  • Four Year Degree in Business Management highly desired
 
 
Duties and responsibilities

  • The Branch Manager is responsible for the coordination and control of branch production operations, ensuring efficient, safe and profitable operations.
  • Monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Ensures all customers are satisfied with all services performed and assist Customer Service and Marketing to efficiently resolves all customer complaints.
  • Personally, maintain contacts with past customers, also contact prospective customers to increase our business, and supervise to ensure Project Managers and Superintendents do the same.
  • Ensures the necessary equipment is assigned and available to each project.
  • Ensure all employees are productively scheduled and assigned to customer projects according to the need of the customer and the ability of the employee.
  • Ensure the safety of all assigned employees by continuously promoting safety, by maintaining all physical plant and equipment for safety, through enforcement of the company’s written safety program, and by conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings with production personnel. 
  • Together with the Regional Director of Operations, ensure variable expenses (labor and supplies) meet budgeted target percentages.
  • Establish weekly production goals for each Service Division. Provide the Regional Director of Operations with weekly metrics monitoring the performance of the division.
