About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Restoration Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and who can lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all restoration projects from start to finish
Supervise and lead a team of restoration technicians and ensure quality workmanship
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in restoration or construction industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
IICRC certification is a plus

Our dedication to customer satisfaction and our commitment to our employees makes us a great place to work and do business. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fire and water mitigation, and the ability to write an estimate, we use Xactimate and Symbility. Must have the ability to lead a team in and out of the field.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
