Job Responsibilities

· Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and standards, maintains quality control.

· Lead Position to complete water mitigation, demo and reconstruction of homes or businesses.

· Interface out in the field with Homeowners or Adjuster in a professional manner.

· Muti-tasks assignments with numerous conditions at multiple locations.

Job Requirement

· Knowledge of Residential Reconstruction with 5 years’ experience or more.

· Experience in the installation for the following scopes of work: Carpentry, Drywall, Insulation, Painting, Plumbing and Electrical.

· Ability to work overtime – when required

· Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

· Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

· Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
