ServiceMaster has successfully served its customers for over 50 years. We are seeking Full-Time finish carpenter to perform repairs on our client properties. You will be a member of a team whose objective of providing our customers with excellent customer service experience and high quality of work exceeding their expectations. The responsibilities will include one or more of the following cleaning tasks: Drywall, finish trim/base work and painting along with other construction duties. All task to be performed in a timely and consistent basis following the building’s task and frequency schedule. Tasks will include a mix of the following:

Install drywall and finish
Install insulation
Finish trim/base work
Cabinet/vanity installation
Painting
Job prep by protecting customers contents
Light duty clean-up on a daily basis when job is in progress
Light post construction clean-up
Demolition when necessary
Work effectively with other team members.
Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
Operate and maintain equipment such as power tools
Report building and equipment issues to your supervisor

Job Qualifications

Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.
Must be willing and able to work in all forms of climate indoor and out.
Able to lift objects up to 50lbs
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
Must be willing to work weekends as necessary or in an emergency situation

Must have a valid drivers License and reliable transportation
Pay Range $20-$30/hour
