Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Water & Fire Restoration Technician to support residential and commercial restoration projects. This role involves performing hands‑on restoration work, monitoring job progress, documenting activities for insurance purposes, and communicating clearly with customers throughout the restoration process.

This role involves performing hands‑on restoration work, monitoring job progress, documenting activities for insurance purposes, and communicating clearly with customers throughout the restoration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform water and fire restoration tasks including water extraction, drying, demolition, contents handling, and light construction
- Monitor assigned jobs daily, take moisture readings, and adjust drying plans as needed
- Load and maintain proper equipment and supplies for each job site
- Follow company procedures to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work
- Communicate job processes, timelines, and next steps to customers in a professional manner
- Document job activities with notes and photos using mobile software for insurance reimbursement
- Inspect completed work, obtain customer approvals, and assist with payment collection when required
- Report equipment issues, job concerns, and customer feedback to supervisors
Qualifications
- IICRC certification is a plus
- Restoration or construction experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using mobile devices for job documentation
- Restoration certifications are a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, crawl, squat, and work for extended periods
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
