Responsibilities:
- Processing lien waivers.
- Routine collection calls for payment status.
- Collections on accounts before they become past due.
- Notify management on past due accounts.
- Create invoices for completed services.
- Communicate with mortgage and insurance companies concerning payments.
- Use of management software for documentation in customer files.
- Processing bills to be paid.
- Communication with vendors.
- Experience using Quick Books
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Professional appearance and verbal skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
- Strong computer skills
