ServiceMaster is one of the top Disaster Restoration, Residential and Commercial Cleaning companies in the Upstate. We currently have an opening for a Carpet Cleaning Technician, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration Technician. This position would consist of carpet cleaning full time, Monday - Friday, and also require on-call after-hours emergency response work. If you do not have a carpet cleaning background, that is fine as long as you have disaster restoration experience. We are looking for people with industry experience! Potential employees should be hard working, experienced, dependable, thorough, honest, trustworthy & generally likeable!

Job Duties:

•Carpet Cleaning (Hot water extraction)
•Area Rug Cleaning
•Upholstery/Leather Cleaning
•Hardwood/Laminate Cleaning
•Tile and Grout Cleaning
•Air Duct Cleaning
•24/7 Water Damage Restoration (on-call rotation)

Requirements:

•Carpet Cleaning and/or Disaster Restoration background
•Clean and Professional appearance
•Accountable and dependable
•Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
•Clean Background Check and able to pass a Drug Test
•Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record
