We are a Family owned business and restore commercial and residential properties that have been affected by smoke, fire, water or mold damage. ServiceMaster by Singer, a Premiere Full-Service Restoration Contractor, serving the greater Baltimore Metro, District Maryland Virginia Metro and now The Greater Wilmington Metro area. Our business because of growth has become more complex and we need an individual that can help us through these challenges. From disaster through construction, we stand with our customers providing a total solution.

 
What you will do in this Position:

This is a position that will make a major impact on the company by using core technical skills and combining them with solid communication skills. Responsibilities include Leading Water, Fire, Pack-Outs, Content Cleaning or Mold assignments. This means having the ability to analyze the situation and developing a plan of action that will return the assignment to its pre-loss condition. This only means handling the mitigation portion of the project, not construction. You must have solid skills with industry standards and be able to perform the whole assignment by doing it yourself or leading a team of technicians with these tasks. Performing all the documentation that is necessary, communicating with our direct client and providing superior Customer Services. Our company does perform tasks within a team model, however, as the lead it is your responsibility to lead others and help them develop.

 
Skills and Qualifications:

Achieving the standards set forth in the department for the Production Team and eventually becoming the Project Manager or a Department Manager. Staff has gone into career paths in Production, Internal Operations, Sales, Department Management and even ownership of their own business to give you an idea of growth.

Working with the head of the department, the Department Manager of Water – Emergency Services or Pack Out – Restoration Mitigation or Content Cleaning you will be responsible for leading others in projects.

Everyone should be growing into their potential and pushing one another to achieve more than what they thought they could. We have people that come from other vendors and help them understand why we do things. You should be focused on achieving the goals and standards that you are responsible for.

That means being engaged in our business so that it grows profitably and moves forward. You will need to have the skills necessary and not working hard on achieving the goals we have set forth.  Career oriented people need apply!
