ServiceMaster Professionals is seeking to add a full-time Assistant Manager to our Business Services division.
The Assistant Manager works closely with the manager to ensure all client locations are being cleaned to company quality standards, reviews employee clock-in's and hours, troubleshoot issues within client locations, and communicates with manager to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed.
Successful candidates should have a high attention to detail, be organized, be able to work with a variety of people, and be able to work autonomously. Experience working in the environmental services industry and the ability to work with Microsoft office is a plus. Candidates will need to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Hours for the Assistant Manager will vary and does require an individual to be flexible. ServiceMaster offers a full benefit package including Paid Time Off, Holidays, Medical, Dental, and a company matched 401K plan. The compensation for this position will depend on experience.
